QUESTIONS A SCEPTICAL TRADER SHOULD ASK.
Do I need coding experience?
No. The training focuses on installing, configuring and understanding the supplied Expert Advisors rather than programming them from scratch.
Do I need MetaTrader 5?
We'll show the MT5 setup process during the training.
How do I join on the night?
Both sessions run on Zoom. Your link is emailed when you register and again on the day. Have MetaTrader 5 open on the same computer so you can install the bots alongside us rather than just watching.
Do I have to attend live?
You should plan to. Both nights are working sessions rather than lectures: you install the Expert Advisors on your own MetaTrader 5 while we do it on screen, set the risk parameters with us, and ask questions the moment something on your terminal does not match ours. Night Two then reviews what the bots actually did against the live market, and that only means something if you were there on Night One to run them yourself. Attending live is the difference between testing your own bots and reading somebody else's results. The recordings are included for 30 days if you need to go back over a step, but they are no substitute for being there while your own terminal is running.
Do I need a live trading account?
No. Demo accounts are welcome. If you're new to automated trading, demo is a sensible way to learn how the system behaves without risking live capital.
How much money do I need?
There is no requirement to fund a large trading account to participate. The training can be followed using demo. Participants who independently choose a small live experiment may use an amount appropriate to their broker, strategy and risk tolerance. Example sizes discussed may include USD100–USD200, but this is not an investment recommendation.
Will the trading bot make money?
It can make profitable trades. It can make losing trades. There is no guaranteed profit. That is why Trading Bot Camp is a live testing environment instead of a fantasy promise.
Can the bot lose money?
Yes. Any trading system exposed to financial markets can experience losses and drawdown. Understanding that risk is part of the training.
Why Gold and GBPUSD?
They allow us to demonstrate automation across two different market instruments while discussing how instrument characteristics and volatility can affect automated strategies.
What if the market doesn't give us a good trade?
Then that's what we study. This isn't theatre. It's a live market.
Is this a signal service?
No. Trading Bot Camp is an educational and software training program. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions, accounts, settings and risk.
What happens after the two nights?
